1. Presentation Templates

To maintain consistency across all presentations at AMP 2025, please use the official PowerPoint templates and follow the formatting guidelines.

Slide Format: Please use 16:9 (Widescreen) for your presentation.

2. CME/CMLE Compliance

To qualify for CME/CMLE credit, presentations must adhere to the following standards. Questions? Contact AMPEducation@amp.org and include a copy of your slides.

Ensure your content is fair and balanced and promotes safe, effective patient care. See ACCME Standard 1.
Do not include commercial bias or marketing. See ACCME Standard 2.
No company logos or copyrighted material.
If referring to specific products or platforms, present alternative options to ensure objectivity.

3. Speaker Deadlines

Nov. 12th, 2025 — Final deadline to upload your presentation to the presentation-management system.

*With the exception of Commercial Speakers, then you need to submit earlier for review.

4. Speaker Ready Room

There will be a Speaker Ready Room at the convention center. Below are the hours of operation:

Wednesday, Nov. 12: 12 – 5 p.m.
Thursday, Nov. 13: 6:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday, Nov. 14: 6:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Saturday, Nov. 15: 6:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
