    Registration to the AMP 2025 Annual Meeting & Expo includes:

    • Access to all scientific sessions, including daily plenary sessions
    • FREE CE/CEU/CME credits
    • Coffee breaks and lunch on Thursday, Friday and Saturday
    • The Welcome Reception on Thursday. (Please indicate if you plan to attend when you register for the meeting.)
    • Access to the Expo Hall and posters

    * A "Technologist" is an individual involved in the clinical practice and/or research aspects of molecular diagnostics whose primary duties involve bench work, developing and/or performing tests.

    **A "Trainee" is a student, resident or fellow. AMP Membership is free for Trainees (join here.) A letter from the Program Director is required for Trainees who are not AMP Associate members and must be submitted at the time of registration.

    For those attending the annual meeting in-person, consider adding the “ON DEMAND ADD-ON” for $99. This will give you access to all the recorded sessions, so that you can rewatch talks or get the content from the sessions you may have missed. Recordings will be available in January 2026 for 3 years!

    Can’t make it to Boston for the annual meeting? You can still get the content by pre-purchasing the session recordings (On-Demand Only). This offer is new this year and will give you the peace of mind knowing that you’ll still be up-to-date on the latest molecular pathology technologies! The recordings will be posted starting in January 2026 and include access for 3 years as well as CME credits!


    Payments

    We accept the following payment types: credit card, check and wire transfer. The Online Registration System allows credit card payments only. If you would like to pay by check or wire transfer, you must complete and submit the PDF Registration Form (COMING SOON). An invoice will be created and a receipt will be sent to you for your records. Note: registration is not confirmed until full payment has been received.

    Policies

    Cancellations: Cancellations received by written notification to amp@amp.org. through October 1 will receive a refund (less a $100 processing fee). No refunds after October 1.

    Social Media Policy: We encourage the use of social media for professional networking purposes before, during, and after AMP 2025. Attendees are also invited to share insights from presentations provided that they are respectful of the presenter’s wishes: if slides or posters indicate that photos are not permitted, attendees must refrain from taking pictures and sharing on social media. To ensure that everyone has a positive social media experience, please adhere to these guidelines:

    AMP Antitrust Statement: AMP has a policy of strict compliance with federal and state antitrust laws. Everyone at the AMP Annual Meeting & Expo is expected to adhere to these laws and the guidelines outlined in the AMP Antitrust Compliance Policy.

    Lost/Replacement Name Badges: If you lose your Name badge, you can have a replacement badge printed for $20. Please visit the Registration Desk at the Convention Center for assistance.

    If you are a person with a disability that will impact your participation in the meeting, please notify us during the registration process or contact us via email at amp@amp.org. Notify us as early as possible so we can ensure the availability of appropriate accommodations.


    Target Audience

    The target audience for the AMP 2025 Annual Meeting & Expo is clinical practitioners/physicians, research scientists, medical education professionals, laboratory managers and supervisors, clinical laboratory scientists/medical technologists, students and postdoctoral fellows/residents with an interest in diagnostic, prognostic, and therapeutic approaches in molecular pathology.


    Welcome Reception & Social Event Tickets

    Welcome Reception
    The Welcome Reception (Thursday, Nov. 13) is open to all registered attendees at no cost and will be in the Expo Hall. You must indicate that you plan to attend the event when you register for the meeting. Guest tickets will be available for $65 each. 

    Social Event
    The "Amazing Molecular Party" (Friday, Nov. 14, 7 – 10:30 p.m.) has mingling, dancing, amateur acts, great food and surprises! Separate registration for this event is required. Attendees who purchase tickets when registering for the meeting will receive their party tickets when they check in at the registration desk for their badges. If any tickets are still available for sale, they may be purchased at the registration desk.
