Giving a job seminar ("job talk") when interviewing for a position may be an intimidating part of the job-seeking process. Often trainees and early-career individuals do not have formal education on how to give such talks.
The AMP Training and Education Committee has surveyed hiring decision-makers and recent successful job seekers to compile information on what leaders look for in candidates and what job seekers are doing to prepare for their talks.
