Case Study Submission Information

Fellows, residents, postdocs, graduate students, and technologists are invited to submit interesting and/or challenging case studies to present during an Early Bird Case Study Session at the 2025 AMP Annual Meeting & Expo! This is a great way for trainees to gain experience and valuable feedback.

Each presentation is 10 minutes long, followed by two minutes of Q&A.

Submissions are scored based on clinical value, technological relevance, methodology, timeliness, interpretation impact, and innovation.

AMP membership is not required, so please extend this opportunity to any interested trainees who plan to attend the meeting.

Submission Due Date

Submission: Sept. 5, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Once submitted, the Corresponding Author will receive a confirmation email. Abstracts saved but not submitted will not be considered.

Scientific Integrity

All authors must adhere to the AMP Scientific Integrity Policy. Data must be complete and unbiased. Assay comparisons must be fair and data-driven.

Author Information

1. The Corresponding (Submitting) Author:
   • Ensures all authors agree to the submission.
   • Notifies all authors of acceptance, rejection, and scheduling.
   • Complies with the AMP Scientific Integrity Policy.
2. The First Author (Presenting Author):
   • Registers for the Annual Meeting & Expo and presents the study.
   • Failure to present may result in submission privileges forfeiture.
3. Additional Considerations:
   • A financial disclosure report is required for the Presenting Author.
